В прошлую пятницу у меня была волшебная возможность попробовать новое осеннее меню в Vapiano. В следующие два месяца в меню будут представлены шесть (!) новых блюд: кремовый тыквенный суп, салат с рыбой, паста с креветками, ризотто с тыквой, пицца и десерт.
Все блюда были вкусными, но лично мне больше всего понравились кремовый тыквенный суп с морковью, апельсином и кокосовым молоком, паста с пикантными креветками, беконом, белым ромом, чили и свежей мятой и десерт - запеченные яблоки с корицей и взбитыми сливками! Пальчики оближешь ))
Last friday I had a great opportunity to try new autumn menu at Vapiano. For the next two months there are six (!) new tasty meals: creamy punkin soup, fish salad, pasta with shrimps and bacon, risotto with pumkin, pizza and dessert.
All the meals were delicious, but most of all I liked creamy pumpkin soup with carrot, orange and coconut milk, pasta with lightly toasted spicy shrimps, bacon with white rum, lemon, chilli and fresh mint and dessert - baked apples with cinnamon and whipped cream! Incredibly delicious ))
ZUPPA DI ZUCCA
Slightly spicy creamy pumpkin soup with carrot, orange and coconut milk.
Decorated with parsley and pumpkin oil.
INSALATA DI PESCE
Fried pike perch with a green salad, cucumbers, peppers, cherry tomatoes, and pickled fennel.
Homemade sauce with balsamic vinegar and orange dressing.

Pasta with lightly toasted spicy shrimps, bacon with white rum, lemon, chilli and fresh mint.
RISOTTO CON ZUCCA
Creamy pumpkin risotto with carrot, red curry and fresh cilantro.
PIZZA POLLO AROSTO SUPREMO
New version Pollo Arrosto pizza:
with sharp chorizo and ricotta cheese, flavored with smoky paprika pizza.
CRUMBLE DI MELE
Crispy baked apples with cinnamon. Served with whipped cream.
